The liveo.ca site presents the rental residences of the Liveo brand. It is operated by Sotramont Canada Inc.

What we collect

- Your name, email and phone number when you write to us, request a visit or ask for information.

- Browsing data such as pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate IP address and operating system.
- Cookies, when you consent to them.
Information from third parties
- The data you give to scheduling platforms, such as Calendly, when you book a visit that way.
Why we use this information
We use your personal information to:
- Answer your requests for information and visits.
- Send you the information you request about a residence.
- Understand how the site is used and improve it.
- Measure the performance of our communications, only with your consent.
- Send you marketing communications, only with your consent.
Your consent
We collect, use and disclose your personal information with your consent, except where the law permits us to act without it.
Your consent must be clear, free, informed and given for a specific purpose. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to jessica@domainedesign.com. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from providing certain services.
Who we disclose information to

Your information may be stored outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States, by our service providers. It is then subject to the laws of the country where it is processed.

We make no decisions based solely on automated processing that have a significant effect on you.

If an incident presents a serious risk of harm, we will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information, as the law requires.
Minors
The site is not intended for people under 14. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may change this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. Changes apply once published.
